Our Products (including the Sea Wolf Excel Solver and Red Rock Mastery Kit PDF) are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own individual preparation.
You may not share, resell, distribute, or publicly post the Products, or otherwise make them available to others, whether for free or for a fee.
3. Payments & Pricing
Payments on SeaWolfSolver.com are processed securely via third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
4. Refunds & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our Products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- All refund requests must include: (a) your order number or purchase email, (b) a brief description of the issue, and (c) screenshots demonstrating the problem (e.g., error messages, compatibility issues, or the product not functioning as described).
- Refunds may be declined if the buyer cannot demonstrate a legitimate issue or if evidence suggests the product was fully consumed for its intended purpose (i.e., used during an actual McKinsey Solve assessment).
- Refund requests made after the 30-day window will be declined.
- Refunds are only available for purchases made directly on SeaWolfSolver.com.
- To request a refund, contact us at info@seawolfsolver.com with the required information listed above.
- Upon refund approval, your license to use the Product is immediately revoked, and you agree to delete all copies of the Product in your possession.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Our Products are designed to help you prepare for the McKinsey Solve assessment, but we do not guarantee any specific result, score, offer, or job outcome. Your performance depends on many factors, including your own preparation and how you use the materials.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on SeaWolfSolver.com, including text, graphics, design, and digital Products, is owned by or licensed to SeaWolfSolver.com and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
"McKinsey" and "McKinsey Solve" are trademarks of McKinsey & Company. SeaWolfSolver.com is an independent provider of preparation materials and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by McKinsey & Company.
7. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website and Products complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. Our intent is to comply with applicable privacy and consumer protection laws, including US standards and EU/GDPR requirements, where relevant.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeaWolfSolver.com and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or Products, including loss of opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption.
